Our thoughts: “We have no doubt that the integration of technology in the supply chain food safety programs will increase visibility and transparency as companies are required to digitally monitor and share the Critical Control Points and Preventive Controls by using sensor technologies and smart kitchen equipment to automatically monitor time and temperature processes and more.

We also foresee that the upcoming changes in the regulation will increase visibility of food supply chain companies and their food safety practices, not only on the good side of it but also on the flip side of it when recalls take place or non-conforming product is identified in the market.
