Superior Food Safety is hosting this timely and essential workshop on BLENDED Preventive Controls for Human Foods under the FSPCA-FSMA guidelines and HAACP International Alliance.
BLENDED CLASS FOOD SAFETY PREVENTIVE CONTROLS ALLIANCE (FSPCA) for human foods and HAACP Plan Training.
This Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) Blended Training course was developed to provide an alternative for individuals to complete the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food course. The Blended course consists of 2 parts. FSPCA and HACCP; Both parts must be completed to obtain the FSPCA certificate of training.
The FSPCA developed the PCQI, recognized by the FDA, Food and Drug Administration.
Upon completion of this course, you will meet the requirements for preventive controls qualified individual (PCQI) and receive the tools to complete the requirements for FSMA Preventive controls rule. You will receive the certificate of completion.
The HACCP Training is designed for participants who have completed the FSPCA class and is accredited by The International HACCP ALLIANCE.
When you complete this course:
You will understand the steps to determine critical control points, Identify the resources needed to develop, implement, and maintain a HACCP Plan. You will receive a certificate from the International HACCP Alliance with a gold seal.
Oscar Camacho will present this class on the Zoom platform. Materials for the Class will be provided to you electronically before the Class. No hard copies of the materials will be provided for the Class, but participants can create them at their own expense if they find it preferable. The link to the Zoom call will be provided to you before the Class.
Price includes Class & certificates of successful completion issued by FSPCA and Haccp with a gold seal.
Cancellation is subject to a minimum $50 Fee.
Refunds for cancellations will be honored until three days before the event.
